The Villa Fadati is located in Essaouira, one of the most appealing cities on the Moroccan coast for its temeprate climat, the sumptuouness of its heritage and the kindness of its inhabitants.
It is located in the Medina, which figures on the UNESCO World Heritage list, in a quiet neigborhood a few minutes from the center, the harbour and the beach.
The volumes in the past, its white walls, its floors made of old tiles, the harmony of the colors, blue, white and ochre, are creating a pleasant atmosphere and we discover a refinement close to aesthetics. It's a traditionnal organisation which is opening onto the patio opened on the rooms, cool in summer and warm in winter.
It's a historical habitation which belonged in the end of the XVIIIth century to the young Eugénio Fadati. He was an italian who came to settle in Essaouira for some still unknown reasons but probably diplomatical ones. This villa came back to the family since the owner is one of Eugenio's niece by her paternal grand-mother.
Villa Fadati gives you every comfort required to your wellness with its huge living room and a big dining room, its two fitted kitchens, its five rooms, five bathrooms, two terrace of which the last one has a large pond.
Villa Fadati - lightened up by its lightwell - can welcome many couples, families or group of friends. There can be 12 persons and 4 babies or young children.

La Villa Fadati, éclairée par son puits de lumière, peut accueillir plusieurs couples, famille ou groupe d'amis. Elle peut loger 12 personnes et 4 bébés ou jeunes enfants.

First floor and opened on the patio. Grey and white room for two with a bed of 140, a bathroom and toilets.
Room Solina
Second floor and giving on the first terrace. White and blue room with a bed of 140, a bathroom, toilets, a TV and and a safe.
Room Faustina
Also on the first floor ginig on the patio. White and blue room with a bed of 180 or two beds of 90 and a sofa bed of 90, a bathroom, toilets, TV and a safe. Perfect for a couple and a child or for three persons.
Room Jacotta
Second floor and giving on the first terrace. It's a grey and white room with a bed of 160, a bathroom, toilets and a safe.
